About Us

Jeremy Woodhouse is an outdoor photographer based in Dallas, Texas but he spends much of each year on the road, photographing landscapes, cityscapes and wildlife. Born in Nigeria, Jeremy grew up in Pakistan and Argentina, and prior to immigrating to the United States in 1991, he lived in South Africa where he developed his passion for wildlife and nature photography.

Jeremy had worked as a freelance graphic designer in the UK, South Africa, and the US before he began living his dream of being a full- time professional stock photographer. Whether he's photographing a herd of elephants at a waterhole in Botswana, or capturing the last light as it falls on the Tokyo skyline, Jeremy brings his designer's eye to the composition and creation of all his images.

Having fully embraced digital photography, he feels that his creativity and productivity have increased manyfold. Knowing that he has "nailed" an image allows him to move quickly to the next task.

As an owner of the recently-established stock photography content development company, Blend Images, the world's leading multiethnic commercial stock agency, he is investing more time photographing people and lifestyles.

Nicole Woodhouse, also African-born, shares Jeremy's passion for the outdoors, wildlife and travel. Born in Zimbabwe, she immigrated with her family to the US in 1978. Nicole's academic background in art and literature, and her teaching experience both in Africa and the US, have provided a combination of skills which complement Jeremy's artistic vision.

In 1999, after teaching for 12 years, she decided to take a break from the classroom. Highly organized and very driven, she now focuses her energies on raising her son and the management of the rapidly growing photography business.
